Architectural Millwork Project Manager

Architectural Millwork Project Manager is needed to perform the following duties: 

  • Provide construction project management and technical coordination services for residential, commercial, and infrastructure-related projects. Review architectural and construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, constructability standards, and applicable building codes.

  • Participate in pre-construction planning, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to approved schedules and quality standards. 

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans using advanced project management tools. Track progress against milestones, identify schedule constraints, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays. Prepare cost estimates, review subcontractor bids, analyze change orders, and assist in financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within approved budget.

  • Perform risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze construction risks related to design changes, material substitutions, site conditions, and contractor performance. Develop risk response strategies and escalate critical issues to senior management to protect project timelines, cost objectives, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with clients, public agencies, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and timely decision-making. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and presentations to convey project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Review contractor submittals, material specifications, and shop drawings to verify compliance with contract documents and design intent. Document daily construction activities, maintain project records, and support quality control procedures to ensure proper execution prior to project closeout and handover.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
